The Resident Advisory Board is a leadership body made up of tenant representatives from across San Francisco’s supportive housing portfolio.

Formed by the San Francisco Supportive Housing Provider Network, the Board is a powerful voice for residents, grounded in lived experience and a shared commitment to improving supportive housing across the city.

Each RAB member completed a rigorous 8-week Leadership Academy, developed in partnership with Arc 4 Justice, where they received training in civic engagement, public speaking, advocacy, and systems change. United by a passion for justice and equity, these tenant leaders are now working to elevate resident voices, inform housing policy, and drive meaningful improvements in the quality of supportive housing.
